HOME RUN INFORMATION

Mets: Improved to 16-9 (.640) in September and 11-3-2 in their last 16 series...The Mets are 22-18 in their last 40 home games and 35-43 overall at Citi Field...Have gone 43-36 since July 1 and are 31-21 in their last 52 games.
• Finished the season series against the Braves with a 6-13 record...Are 38-35 vs. the NL East.
