Reds May Trade Harvey

Some people flip houses. The Reds’ president of baseball operations appears to want to do the same with Matt Harvey, landing him on the cheap, building him up and then flipping him for prospects.
“We’re looking at him more opportunistically,’’ Dick Williams told USA Today.
