Conforto became only the 2nd Met to homer in his 1st postseason at-bat, and only the 4th Met to homer in his first postseason game
The Mets only used one set of jerseys for both games in LA - 10/9/15 and 10/10/15 (Game 1 & 2 of the NLDS)
