All 2020 Original Mets Games Considered Impacted. Details here.

Recently, MLB has announced that due to the impact of the pandemic a 2020 60-Game Major League Baseball schedule will begin on July 23rd and would feature a completely new schedule for each team, rendering all games from the original 2020 schedule as “impacted”.

While our first game of the 2020 60-Game Mets schedule will be at Citi Field on Friday, July 24 vs. Atlanta, it is unknown at this time whether and under what guidelines, if any, fans will be permitted to attend games at Citi Field during the 2020 season.

Therefore, we have updated our Ticket Policy to reflect all of the originally scheduled 2020 New York Mets regular season home games at Citi Field being classified as “impacted” as further addressed below.

We also anticipate our 2021 regular season schedule being released shortly allowing fans with tickets to 2020 impacted games to apply their unused game and bonus credit to 2021 regular season New York Mets home games. We will update the ticket policy and provide details on how to apply your credit to the 2021 season, once the 2021 schedule is officially announced.

We are all eager to get the 2020 season underway and thank you for your understanding and patience as we collectively navigate through this unprecedented time.

Please read the revised Ticket Policy below, which addresses credits, bonus credits, and refunds, among other things, and if you have any questions please reach out to your ticket representative or our ticket office at ticket_services@nymets.com.
