We are Keith Hernandez Days away from the @QBConvention 2019

Now that 2018 is behind us and we are two days into 2019, we can start the QBC COUNTDOWN!!! Can I tell you guys how excited I am right now? The QBC is my WrestleMania. Both Dan Twohig and myself start working on the QBC in June/July. We start throwing out names of who we want at there as former or current players in the Mets organization. Then we start reaching out to sponsors, volunteers from the past, past vendors, and venues. Then we have to start building the ticket buying website, the FB page, and start getting the social media machine started. That was over SIX months ago that we started. Now we are at 17 days out. A whole Keith Hernandez days out from the QBC.

Let's take a look at that schedule.

Doors are going to open at 10 am.
Then we have the State of the Mets Panel hosted by Mark Healey at 10:30 am.
Followed by the Mets Great Ed Kranepool's Panel hosted by Queens' own Roger Clark from 11:30 to 12:30 pm. Right after his panel Ed will move to the signing area and sign for an hour.

While Ed is signing, the Meet the Mets(EXECS) Panel hosted by Shannon Shark(Metspolice.com) will be going on at 12:30 to 1 pm.

1:30 pm starts the Keith Hernandez Panel hosted by Pete McCarthy(WFAN, WINS). Pete did a great job with Brandon Nimmo last year and we know he is going to kill it again with Keith. Keith will start signing around 2:30 pm and will be signing until 3:30 pm

While Keith is signing SNY's Shea Anything Podcast will be going on from 2:30-3:30 pm.

3:30 pm The Gil Hodges "Unforgettable Fire Award" will be presented.

Edgardo Alfonzo Panel hosted by Matt Cerrone will start is panel at 4pm and run until 5pm. Fonzie will then sign after his panel until 6 pm.

Then we have the ever fun Uniform panel hosted by Shannon Shark(Metspolice.com) and this years panel will be a little different. This s going to run from 5pm to 6pm.

And finally we have SNY's Baseball Night NY closing us out from 6pm to 7pm.

This is going to be a great day. We couldn't do this without you, our fellow Mets fans who have enjoyed what we have done over the last few years. As long as it continues to be fun for us and you guys keep wanting to come, The QBC will continue on.

One last thing. I have posted about this before. There are NO MORE TICKETS available. We are COMPLETELY SOLD OUT. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR. I keep getting emails and DMs asking about if we have any extra tickets put on the side. WE DON'T. But keep an eye on the QBC facebook page and twitter. Things come up and folks can't go, so you might be able to find something on there. Again. WE DON'T HAVE ANY MORE. Thanks again!
