Mets Opening Day Roster



 

The Mets announce their Opening Day Roster

FLUSHING, N.Y., April 7, 2022 – The New York Mets announced the following roster moves today:

 

  • RHP Jacob deGrom has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a stress reaction on his right scapula.
  • LHP Joey Lucchesi has been placed on the 60-Day IL recovering from “Tommy John” surgery.
  • RHP Jake Reed has been placed on the 10-Day IL with a left oblique strain.
  • LHP David Peterson has been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse. 

 

Below is the Mets’ 28-man roster.
