COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination
In accordance with New York State guidelines, each attendee, 2 years and older, must present proof of one of the following:
  • Full vaccination, meaning both doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
  • A negative test result from a PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the day of the game.
  • A negative test result from a COVID-19 Antigen test taken within six (6) hours of the game's scheduled start time (i.e. 1:10 p.m. for a 7:10 p.m. game).

Health Pass by CLEAR
The Mets will be utilizing Health Pass by CLEAR to confirm your COVID-19 test for the game. Health Pass is a free service on the CLEAR mobile app that allows you to link your COVID-19 test results for seamless entry. Download the CLEAR app before game day and enroll here to have your Health Pass ready before the game. All you'll need is a government-issued ID and your lab provider login. Be sure to complete your Health Pass before the game to show to ballpark security upon arrival. For more information on how to use Health Pass, click here.
Get your PCR Covid-19 Test
The Mets have teamed up with the following providers to offer guests pre-game testing options:

BioReference Laboratories, Inc.
Combining 40 years of laboratory experience with innovative technology, BioReference Laboratories offers a safe and easy way to be tested for COVID-19 through its NY Forward Rapid Test Program. 

The NY Forward Rapid Test Program is a public-private partnership designed to offer affordable and convenient rapid testing across New York State. This expanded network of easily accessible testing locations provides convenient access to affordable COVID-19 rapid tests, with test results available online approximately 30 minutes after your test is complete. 

At a cost of $29.95 per test, which includes healthcare provider oversight, these rapid antigen tests are available at convenient sites throughout New York City and NY State, including at select CVS Pharmacy locations. As a reminder, rapid antigen tests must be completed within six (6) hours of the scheduled start time of the event you are attending.

Quest Diagnostics
Quest Diagnostics is teaming up with the Mets to offer ticket buyers affordable COVID-19 testing options at dedicated collection sites to help get fans back into the stands. An antigen test (30 minute turnaround time) costs $30 and a PCR test (24-72 hour turnaround time) costs $64.

Ticket holders may choose any healthcare provider that offers PCR COVID-19 testing to complete their pre-game testing. Please note that any costs for testing should be paid directly to the healthcare provider. Ticket holders should consult their insurance provider to determine actual costs.

Gameday Information
  • Parking - Parking lots will open three hours prior to game time. Methods of payment will be limited to credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Tailgating is not permitted at Citi Field.
  • Gate Times - All gates will open two hours prior to game time. All tickets will have a specific gate listed, which will direct guests to the entrance closest to their seats.
  • 2021 New York Mets Fan Information Form - ALL attendees are REQUIRED to complete a fan information form prior to entering Citi Field on game day. You will receive prompt confirmation upon completion of your form that you will need to show to enter the ballpark. 
  • Temperature Check - Each Guest in attendance will be required to complete temperature checks on each game day in order to gain entry.
  • Mask Policy - All guests will be required to wear a face covering while in Citi Field except while actively eating or drinking, which will only be permitted in your assigned seat. Gaiters, bandanas and face coverings with an exhalation valve are not permitted.
  • Bag Policy - All backpacks, with the exception of totally clear backpacks with no obscured interior pockets, are prohibited. Purses, diaper bags that are not backpack-style, tote, drawstring and messenger-style bags along with small soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 16"x16"x8" are permitted.
  • Citi Field will be a cashless ballpark. Methods of payment will be limited to credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Mets Gift Cards. Cash will not be accepted at parking lots, ticket windows, concession stands and retail stores.
  • Mets Mobile Express Mobile ordering via the MLB Ballpark app will allow guests to order from their phones and pick up at designated concessions locations.
