Makeup Tomorrow, Single-Admission Doubleheader Starting at 4:10 p.m.

 

FLUSHING, N.Y., October 3, 2022 – The New York Mets have announced that tonight’s game against the Washington Nationals has been postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a single-admission doubleheader tomorrow, Tuesday, October 4 beginning at 4:10 p.m. Gates will open at 2:10 p.m. and parking lots will open at 1:10 p.m.Game two will begin approximately 30-40 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

 

Tickets for tonight’s game WILL NOT be valid for admission to the makeup doubleheader. A digital voucher will be loaded into each attending patron’s My Mets Tickets account (accessed by clicking the Vouchers tab) and will be accessible tomorrow.

 

Fans may exchange the voucher for a ticket comparable in price and location to another Mets 2022 regular season home game at Citi Field (including the makeup doubleheader) or to a Mets 2023 regular season home game at Citi Field during April, May or June (the voucher is not redeemable for Opening Day on April 6 or June 13-14 vs. the Yankees), in each case subject to availability. 

 

Fans who purchased tickets on StubHub will receive a digital voucher. Tickets purchased from any other secondary market are not eligible for digital vouchers. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased from anywhere other than the Mets or StubHub must consult the original vendor of sale.

 

Ticket holders for tonight’s game with a prepaid parking pass will automatically receive a voucher redeemable for a new prepaid parking pass in their My Mets Tickets account. Fans who paid for parking on-site for tonight’s game, can visit www.mets.com/rain for information on how to receive a parking voucher redeemable for a future 2022 regular season Mets game or a Mets 2023 regular season home game at Citi Field during April, May or June (excluding Opening Day on April 6 or June 13-14 vs. the Yankees), subject to availability.

 

Complimentary tickets to tonight’s game and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" have no value and do not constitute a rain check.
