That pitch to Kevin Pillar's face last night was one of the worst hit by pitch injuries I have seen. David Wright was a rough one to see in person but the amount of blood and where the ball hit Pillar was just insane. I felt like I was watching a UFC fight and one of the fighter's noses just got exploded by a punch or a kick. I can't believe Pillar got up and was able to walk off the field under his own power. That's a tough dude right there. He did tweet that he was okay and maybe it was worse than it looked but wowza. I am glad he's okay but today is going to be really rough for him depending on the pain and swelling.A scary moment for Kevin Pillar in the Mets' 3-1 win over the Braves on Monday https://t.co/PWGHsQoFUS pic.twitter.com/XiXNyTaQ5E
