I'm a Woodside guy born and raised and still go to Donovan's and order take out too. I've known Danny and Jimmy since we were kids and they are great guys. They really care about the community and about the customers. I had my 40th birthday there 10 yrs ago so they aren't joking about that everyone does a celebration there. My nephews from Staten Island are always asking to go to Donovan's when they come over to the neighborhood. In 2025 I brought NY1's Roger Clark there to do a report for the Mets upcoming Opening Day.
