2026 Citi Field Fan Takeover Day - Sunday, August 23
Join us for Citi Field Fan Takeover Day on Sunday, August 23 – an unforgettable experience for baseball fans of all ages. Choose from two exclusive time slots during the day (2:00PM or 5:00PM) and explore the ballpark like never before. Each time slot lasts approximately two hours.
Activities Include:
- Catch in the Outfield: Guests have the opportunity to play catch on the outfield grass.
- Swings in the Visitors’ Locker Room Batting Cages: Guests have the opportunity to take swings in the Visitors’ Batting Cage from a live pitcher and hang out in the Visitors’ Locker Room.
- Pitch in the Bullpen: Guests have the opportunity to throw pitches in the Mets Bullpen.
Spectators and chaperones can join in on the fun, too! Don’t miss the chance to step onto the field and go behind the scenes at Citi Field!
The first 250 buyers will receive a Citi Field Fan Takeover baseball. Limited tickets available for each time slot.
Goon here- Now I am not going to make fun of anyone who wants to do this or has the means to do this but the pricing is ridiculous. I am going to say this to the Mets right now openly, you guys are going to alienate your fanbase. I get making money and wanting to monetize everything but the pricing is ludicrous and the team is not good. Please for the love of God get some fan friendly business people in your ranks that know how to make money and how to cultivate fandom.
