New in 2026: Drive to your local mall, park your car, and leave the rest of the drive to us
A new Citi Field Direct Shuttle service will operate from designated off-site parking areas on Long Island, New Jersey, and Bronx/Westchester, offering convenient, comfortable, and low-cost coach bus rides directly to Citi Field.
All shuttles are comfortable and climate-controlled coach buses. Two buses from each location will make the trip between your location and the Citi Field Bus Lot, just a short walk from the Left Field Gate.
Purchase your shuttle bus tickets in advance for the low price of $8/person, $22/family 4-pack.
Each mall will have its own free or reduced cost Mets parking area. Factoring in traffic, buses are planned to arrive at Citi Field when gates open.
After games, all buses will leave 30 minutes after the final out.

I wonder if this is something that is going to keep up after all the construction is done in a. few years. We went from the Wilpons wanting to build two malls at Citi Field to the Mets using malls as parking to get to Citi Field.

It'd be nice if they kept it around after construction (similar to what the Clippers do in L.A. with shuttles in the area to Intuit Dome), but I think it'll probably go away when it's done. Nice to see the Mets org though actually caring for the fans providing this option to go to games as well as discount LIRR tickets.
