Are you ready for Amazin’ Day at Citi Field? In anticipation of this event, we would like you to be advised of the following: - All ticketholders must enter Citi Field at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda during their 1-hour time slot beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m. Please note that tickets will not scan valid prior to the entry time listed on your ticket.
- Parking Lots C, D and F will be open beginning at 8:30 a.m.for this event. Parking is complimentary.
- Please Note: Seaver Way is closed. Please enter the parking lots via Shea Road through Gate 8. Click here for the Citi Field parking map for reference.

- Autograph Session Rules:
- Location: Plaza Level Players Entrance
- Each general admission event ticket comes with a separate ticket in your Ballpark App to an autograph session that begins one hour after the start of your entry time. Please make sure to attend the autograph session designated for you based on your ticket. Players and alumni will only be signing autographs during the autograph session and will only sign the official Amazin' Day poster, which will be distributed to all attendees upon entry. Please note that personal items such as balls, jerseys, etc. will not be permitted for autographs. You'll be assigned a group of 2-4 players and alumni for autographs. We are unable to accommodate requests to switch autograph sessions.
- PSA Card and Collectible Grading:
- Location: Empire Suite Level

- Make sure to drop off your collection at the event! PSA will ship collections back to owners once grading is complete.
- Please be aware that some activities may be located outside, please dress accordingly for winter weather.
To Access Your Tickets: - Download and open the MLB Ballpark app on your phone.
- Log in to an existing MLB account OR create a new account with the same email address used to claim your tickets.
- You may need to verify your email address if this is your first time accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app. You can verify your email address by tapping the Profile icon gear from the top left-hand corner of the Home tab, tapping on My MLB Account Emails, where you can have a verification email sent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address requested. Tap on the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in Ballpark
- That's it! All of your tickets will be available in the Tickets tab’s Wallet OR on the Home tab on the day of the event.
Bag Policy: Backpacks are prohibited inside Citi Field. Please visit Mets.com/BagPolicy for more information. |
Prohibited Items: In addition to the backpack policy, the Mets are asking fans to be advised that prohibited items at Citi Field include, but are not limited, to items larger than 16"x16"x8", hard-sided coolers, all metal cans, glass bottles, open containers; commercial grade audio, video and photographic equipment; iPads/tablets; alcoholic beverages; illegal substances; laser pointers; noisemaking devices; fireworks, animals (except for assistive purposes); weapons and any items of similar nature. Citi Field retains the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry. Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory-sealed water bottle of 20 ounces or less. Guests may also bring in one sealed, soft-sided child's juice box. Note: Water bottles and juice boxes may not be frozen. |
