From the NY Post-
The Mets and WCBS are closing in on having a new voice on their radio team, The Post has learned.I’m going to miss Josh, although Wayne is pretty good in the booth also. As long as Howie is still there, our ears should be fine.
Wayne Randazzo is the clear front-runner to join Howie Rose in the Mets’ newly constructed booth, according to sources. Randazzo and the Mets’ new radio partner, WCBS, are just starting negotiations on a contract.
If there are no issues, then Randazzo, 34, would replace Josh Lewin as Rose’s partner in the booth as the Mets move their games from WOR to WCBS.
