- I've met Wally a few times. I got to spend a good amount of time with Wally after QBC'15. And from what I have gathered from that time around him, he's going to speak his mind and not sugar coat things. I just don't know how this will help or hinder future job hunts. He might not even care if he never manages Baseball for a pro team again at this point.
Does Wally have a lot of coaching options out there at this moment? Who knows. I have heard rumblings from other folks about the dislike in the front office with Wally. I have also heard how much the Wilpons like Wally.
I personally like Wally after spending time with him. It's hard to not like him after meeting him. I hope this all gets sorted out and we can all move on from there.
