We hope you'll join us for the 3rd annual T7L7K! Run (or walk) with us through Flushing Meadows Corona Park, up to the Shea Stadium base paths, and back. Finisher medals for all. Post race catered by Mookie Wilson's Legacy Catering.
If this is a whole new world for you, please don't be intimidated by the 7k distance! That measures out to 4.3 miles. Most "fun" runs are 5K (3.1), so this is just a tad more. Start getting your steps in today and build up until the big day!
Yes, there is a virtual option to participate if you can't make it to Queens! You'll still get the race bib, event shirt, and finisher medal, you just need to get the miles in on your own at the location of your choice.
Runners will race the course, but you're welcome to walk it if that's more your speed. We're trying to promote a fun, positive, healthy experience, while helping raise money for a great cause that's close to our heart.
If you're on Strava, join The 7 Line Run Club group! We meet up on the road when The 7 Line Army visits cities each season. We've organized runs so far in Florida, London, Chicago, Houston, DC, and Pittsburgh. This year we'll be running in Phoenix, Miami, and Philly.

Cheer with The 7 Line Army at Chase Field. This will be our 2nd trip to Arizona, and we hope you'll be able to join us. Our last visit was way back in 2018, and we had an amazin' time. We hope for more of the same and more this May!
