METS ANNOUNCE RETURN OF RUNS = SAVINGS PROMOTION

Runs for savings? The way this team has been scoring runs lately the Mets aren’t going to be giving too deep of discounts.

FLUSHING, N.Y., May 7, 2018 - The New York Mets today announced the return of the popular “Runs = $avings” promotion starting tonight when the Mets visit the Cincinnati Reds and Philadelphia Phillies May 7-13. For each run scored by the Mets during the six games on the road trip, fans will save $1 off tickets for select seats during the next homestand May 15-23 when the Mets host the Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Diamondbacks and Miami Marlins at Citi Field.

The more runs the Mets score, the greater savings for fans. For example, if the Mets score 25 runs over the course of the six games, fans will save $25 off select seats.

Tickets for this promotion will go on sale approximately one hour following the conclusion of Sunday afternoon’s game at Philadelphia on May 13 at mets.com/runs.

The offer is good for the home games between May 15 and May 23. Tickets for this promotion will be located in Baseline Box and Bud Light Landing seating areas and are available while supplies last.

Tune into SNY and PIX 11 throughout the trip to see how much you can save.
