Best Buy Online

I ordered 2 blu ray discs to pick up at the best buy store near me. I get  the confirmation that my orders ready. So I go down there with the email in my hand and wait online for 30 mins at customer service to pick it up. I thought ordering on line and picking up at the store was supposed to make life easier....Guess not..Get up to the counter and then get the rudest "customer service" rep ever. I hand her the email she walks to the back and comes out with one disc...I ask where is the other one...oh its not here.. So why did i get the email that my order was ready?  It says at the bottom that just one disc is ready. So if one disk is ready why would I get the email that my order is ready because it isn't. Well this is ready. So I waited for 30 mins for half my order when if they told me the other one was out of stock I would have cancelled the order. So I cancelled the order completely and I am just aggravated. Why will I order to pick up online then if i can just walk into the store pick up what I want and walk out in 10 mins.
